1 Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between the m33mm platform ("Website" or "Service") and the player using it ("you" or "user").

By accessing the m33mm website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the website immediately.

In addition to the services described in this Agreement, m33mm's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also integral parts of this Agreement.

2 Account Eligibility

Anyone wishing to use the m33mm platform must meet the following requirements—

2.1 Age Requirement

Players must be at least 21 years old. No one below this age is permitted to use the service. If an underage person is found to have opened an account, that account will be closed immediately and any remaining funds will be handled in accordance with our policy.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one registered account is allowed per person. If multiple accounts are found, all of them may be suspended and the balances in those accounts will be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Personal Information

The name, date of birth and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and correct. No funds may be withdrawn from an account opened with false information.

3 Account Management

3.1 Logging In

You can access your m33mm account from the m33mm Login page. You are solely responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3.2 Password Security

Do not share your account password with anyone. If you notice any unexpected access, contact us immediately. m33mm is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

When requested during payment processing or account usage checks, players must provide a valid National Registration Card or other identity documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold if verification is not completed.

3.4 Account Closure and Suspension

m33mm may suspend or close any account without prior notice if it is found to have violated the platform's policies.

4 Deposit / Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Payment Methods

m33mm handles deposits and withdrawals via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit amount — 20,000 Ks (by any method)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After a request is submitted and all required checks are completed, withdrawals are normally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. This cannot be guaranteed, but the processing time should not exceed that limit except in unforeseen circumstances.

4.4 Payment Issues

If a deposit fails but funds have been deducted, contact platform customer support immediately. m33mm is not responsible for errors on the part of the bank or payment provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New accounts making their first deposit at m33mm can receive a 200% welcome bonus of up to 200,000 Ks.

To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.

  • Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 40,000 Ks bonus for a total of 60,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks.
  • Example — Deposit 220,000 Ks, receive a 200,000 Ks bonus for a total of 420,000 Ks. To withdraw, you must wager 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus may include its own wagering requirement, expiry date and restrictions on eligible game types.
  • A bonus cannot be combined with two promotions at the same time — except where explicitly permitted without restriction.
  • If a bonus is found to have been claimed with zero turnover, it may be cancelled.
  • If bonus policy violations are detected (e.g. account linking, bonus hunting), the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Levels and Cashback

m33mm's VIP programme has 4 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates are 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.8% at Gold and 1.0% at Platinum. Advancing to a higher VIP level depends on playing activity and overall engagement on the platform.

6 Player Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All players must show respect toward other players and staff. Abusive language, harassment, threats and offensive speech are prohibited.

6.2 Play Fair in All Games

The following are strictly prohibited: attempting to withdraw bonus funds without repaying borrowed amounts, exploiting game glitches, and using automated software (bots or scripts) during gameplay.

7 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the m33mm platform—

  • Using the platform for money laundering
  • Allowing someone else to play on your account
  • Colluding with others to perform bonus hedging
  • Hacking the website or attempting to access the server in a way that causes instability
  • Using tools to misuse personal information
  • Deliberately placing bets through arbitrage methods on game outcomes that are predetermined, even though the final score is not yet known

If any of the above activities are detected, m33mm will close that account without prior warning and handle any remaining funds at its sole discretion.

8 Security and Privacy

m33mm uses SSL encryption to protect players' personal and financial information. The outcome of every transaction on the platform is determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring fair play.

9 Responsibilities and Limitations

9.1 Service Availability

m33mm strives to keep the website available at all times, but players should understand that service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues or unexpected events.

9.2 Loss Liability

Any financial losses a player experiences during play are the player's own responsibility. Players agree that m33mm's limited liability regarding losses arising from gameplay, account issues or network failures is clearly stated.

9.3 Third-Party Websites

m33mm is not responsible for the conduct, privacy policies or service quality of third-party game providers that may be available on the platform.

10 Policy Changes

m33mm may update these terms and conditions with or without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Please note that changes will be governed by the date shown in the "Last Updated" field on this page. Players should be aware that engagement may decline significantly if the set date has passed.

The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals is 20,000 Ks. Transactions below this amount cannot be processed.

After a request is submitted and verification is complete, withdrawals normally take between 5 and 30 minutes. It is rare for this to be exceeded except in unexpected circumstances.

You can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay, and withdrawals are also made through these same methods.

Changes will be announced on the "Last Updated" date of this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change is made means you have accepted the updated terms. Please check this page regularly.

If a violation is found, m33mm will suspend the account without prior notice and conduct an investigation. Depending on the outcome, the account will either be permanently closed or reinstated.
